Custer County’s Board of Commissioners voted July 23 to adopt Resolution 2025-22 vacating a section-line right-of-way impacting Oxbow Ranch Estates, parcels tied to Christopher & Barbara Hon and Chris & Angela Dailey. Planning Director Terri Kester said the Planning Commission recommended the vacation at its July 1 meeting and no members of the public spoke at the county hearing.
