The minutes list numerous community organization requests and commission recommendations. The new request from RISE for $5,000 was recommended for funding. Aspire Empowered for Life requested $720; the record shows Developmentally Disabled'Aspire requested $720 but the commission recommended no funding for that line. Other nonprofit amounts recorded include Black Hills Works $5,000, WEAVE $10,000, CASA $4,000 and Custer YMCA recommended at $17,000 (reduced from a $19,040 request).
