The Board of Pottawatomie County Commissioners on Aug. 17 approved a $310,000 design contract with Bartlett & West to reconstruct the intersections of Flush Road at Noel Road and Flush Road at Myers Valley Road. Public Works Administrator Tim Eisenbarth presented the project scope and told commissioners the contract covers design work required to move the intersections into a reconstruction phase.
