County operations update: training, leave and review of billing outsourcing

County staff provided several personnel and operations updates on July 21. Assistant Road Supervisor Travis Story reported Chase Brewer has started blade training and that one employee will be on medical leave for a few weeks. Allen Lanus said a new employee continues training and that he has an employee scheduled for vacation in the fall.
