Town engineering staff provided a multi-item update on capital projects Aug. 26. Phase 1 AMD is nearing completion of pay-application comments and should be ready for drawdown at the Sept. meeting; Phase 2 AMD has 20 of 34 right-of-way acquisitions in hand and is awaiting environmental assessment clearance from the Office of Surface Mining (OSM) before proceeding to bid. Chub Run remains on hold with a potential Oct. 1 start date discussed.
