Council hears engineering updates: AMD phases, Chub Run, forcemain and Edison retaining wall
Engineers reported pay-application comments addressed for Phase I AMD, Phase II AML design submitted with 28 of 34 ROWs secured, Chub Run start set for Nov. 1, 2025 with a forthcoming time-extension change order, and Phase IV forcemain work awaits WVDEP environmental clearance.

The council received an engineering report covering multiple projects. For Phase I AMD, pay-application 4 comments were addressed and sent to AML; Phase II final AML design was submitted with 28 of 34 right-of-way parcels in hand and the environmental assessment pending, with a target to be out to bid by year-end. The Chub Run project is scheduled to begin Nov. 1, 2025, and an upcoming change order for a time extension will be presented next month.
