Henry moved the council into executive session at 6:17 p.m.; the minutes record a return from executive session at 6:26 p.m. On returning, the mayor announced that Officer Brianna Riley would receive a pay increase of $3 per hour. Wendell Moore moved to grant the raise and Greggory Cole seconded; the minutes record the motion as accepted "All in Favor." The minutes do not record a roll-call tally for this motion.
