Following executive session under Texas Government Code Sec. 551.087, the council approved Resolution 2294 authorizing the city manager to negotiate and execute an amendment to the airport FBO RFP and to negotiate a public-private partnership development agreement for the Terrell Municipal Airport.

The council recessed into executive session to discuss economic development negotiations, then reconvened and approved Resolution 2294 to authorize the city manager to negotiate and execute Amendment No. 1 to the Terrell Municipal Airport fixed-base operator RFP and to pursue a public-private partnership development agreement for airport investment.
