Apex proposes 12,000-sq-ft community hangar under RFP response; city negotiating contract
Apex (Apex Service Center) responded to the city's RFP and proposed building a 12,000-square-foot hangar plus a 3,000-square-foot adjacent hangar; city staff said they are redlining an agreement and expect design and initial work within 3–6 months after approval.

City staff told the Terrell Airport Advisory Board that Apex answered the airport's RFP as the lone respondent and has proposed constructing a 12,000-square-foot hangar and a 3,000-square-foot adjacent hangar connected to the terminal by a breezeway. Chris said the proposal is at the concept stage and that city and Apex attorneys are negotiating contract language.
