Olyphant Borough Council voted to authorize the Solicitor, Engineer and Code Enforcement Officer to draft an amendment to the borough zoning ordinance to regulate Data Centers, Data Center Accessory Uses and Data Center Equipment. The motion, moved by Krukovitz and seconded by Harrington, also directed staff to submit the draft to county and borough planning agencies for review and to return it to council for a public hearing and proposed adoption; council assented.
