The Calvert City Council approved three building permits Aug. 25: Arredondo (driveway, carport, storage, fence outside the historic district), Green (manufactured home no older than 10 years), and Mobley (remodeling, driveway, siding/paint, fencing and 10-inch drainage culvert).

The Calvert City Council approved multiple building permits at its Aug. 25 meeting. Council Member Jan Walston moved to approve the Arredondo building permit, which allows installation of a driveway, carport, storage building and fence within city limits outside the historic district; the motion was seconded by Bobbie Alford and passed unanimously.
