At 6:05 p.m. during its Feb. 18 special meeting, the Town of Perth board voted unanimously to enter executive session to discuss employment history and pending litigation. The motion to move into executive session was offered by Councilman Priamo, seconded by Councilman Barker, and the Supervisor and all council members present voted in favor.
