Assessor: tentative roll due mid‑April; court found solar farm assessment formula unconstitutional

At the March 6 meeting Assessor David Walendziak told the Town Board that the exemption filing deadline has passed, transfers and parcel changes have been posted, and he is closing out completed 2024 building permits. He said the tentative assessment roll will be ready by mid‑April for filing on May 1.
