Perth appoints planning board leadership, contracts county planning for services
The board appointed Ronald Cetnar chair of the Planning Board, named Trevor Gilday vice chair and Kaleb Walker as a member (term to 12/31/2031), appointed Robert Morton as alternate, authorized training attendance, and authorized a contract with the Fulton County Planning Department to serve as Planning Board secretary.

At the Jan. 9 organizational meeting the Town Board reorganized its planning board leadership and authorized related services. The board appointed Ronald Cetnar as Planning Board Chair for 2025 at an annual salary of $1,380 (Resolution #7), named Trevor Gilday Vice Chair (Resolution #8), and appointed Kaleb Walker to the Planning Board to fill a vacancy through Dec. 31, 2031 (Resolution #9). The board also appointed Robert Morton as an alternate (Resolution #27) and set Planning Board member pay at $530.45 annually (Resolution #11).
