County planner outlines Tryon Technology Park ownership and developer interest
Fulton County senior planner Aaron Enfield told Perth’s Planning Board that Winstanley Enterprise holds an option on portions of Tryon Technology Park, parts of the park have been sold to private firms (including Vireo Health), and sewer/water availability has prompted discussion of potential meat-processing and other industrial uses.

Aaron Enfield, Fulton County senior planner, told the Town of Perth Planning Board that portions of the property known as Tryon Technology Park are owned by the Fulton County Industrial Development Agency and that a private firm, Winstanley Enterprise, holds an option agreement on sites under consideration for development. "Winstanley Enterprise has an option agreement on the property and provided a map showcase the specific sites they are looking to develop the site," Enfield said during the March 24 meeting.
