Council considered an amendment to the Trails Master Plan map to remove a detailed mapped trail segment along Onion Creek that crosses land in the city’s extraterritorial jurisdiction. The change was requested by council and by property owners who said the mapped trail was perceived as an easement and hindered their ability to market the property for development.
