EAC postpones decision on minimum-acreage zoning change affecting 16 parcels

The Paradise Township Environmental Advisory Council reviewed a proposal to change the minimum acreage required for development in the RR (Rural Residential) and OSC (Open Space Conservation) zoning districts. A map prepared by MCPC shows the proposal would affect 14 parcels in the RR zone and 2 parcels in the OSC zone; the parcels are scattered throughout the township.
