Madison County commissioners confirm appointments and adopt ARPA reappropriation streamlining resolution
The board appointed Jeff Gernan, David Cain, Denise Spooner and one citizen named 'Al' to various advisory boards and adopted a resolution to streamline appropriation and reappropriation of ARPA funds so commissioners can reallocate remaining funds more quickly.

The board confirmed several appointments during the meeting. By voice vote they appointed Jeff Gernan to the Adams Township advisory board, David Cain to the public safety/interoperability board (fulfilling a police-officer percentage requirement), and named Denise Spooner and an engineer identified only as "Al" as citizen members to the planning/data-center advisory body.
