Following closed-session consultation, the Lewisville ISD Board authorized the superintendent to finalize and sign a resolution in a pending special education matter; the motion passed 6-0.

The Lewisville ISD Board of Trustees voted 6-0 to authorize the superintendent to finalize the resolution associated with a pending special education matter and to sign any associated resolution on behalf of the district. The motion was made by Mrs. Katherine Sells and seconded by Dr. Buddy Bonner, and it was recorded in open session after the board reconvened at 7:03 p.m.
