The council received an update that the Kendig Keast Collaborative zoning development presentation was not ready for the Feb. 3 special meeting. The meeting record states, "we do not have presentation tonight, the agenda had to be posted before the preparation was complete," and that an additional meeting was scheduled for the following night to continue preparation.
