Councilwoman Raleigh Booker presented Z260640, an ordinance to amend the City of Fort Wayne zoning map to rezone roughly 38.6 acres from R1 single‑family to R3 multifamily at the 2900 block of West Ludwig Road. Karen Couture from the Department of Planning Services said the proposal would place four buildings containing 36 units each (144 units total) on the northern portion of the site while avoiding wetlands and floodplain on the southern portion.
