Council approves second amendments to development agreements for Perfect Game project
The Cedar Park City Council on Sept. 4 approved a consent resolution authorizing second amendments to community and economic development performance agreements and a ground lease with PG Cedar Park Group, LLC (the Perfect Game project). The action passed on a 7-0 vote.

The Cedar Park City Council voted 7-0 to approve a consent agenda that included Resolution R171.25.09.04.D1 authorizing second amendments to the City’s community and economic development performance agreements and an amendment to the ground lease with PG Cedar Park Group, LLC related to the Perfect Game project.
