The Wabasha County Board of Commissioners on Aug. 4 approved Resolution No. 2026-143 appointing Stephanie Teachout, the newly hired County Recorder, as the county's Driver's License Agent. The resolution directs the Driver's License Agent to administer and operate the County Driver's License Office and to perform all duties required by the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Driver and Vehicle Services Division.
