The Village of Spring Green Board of Trustees voted April 23, 2025, to allow Reunion Restaurant to place a mobile offset smoker on village property behind 134 W Jefferson, subject to conditions. The motion by Village Board member Jennifer Snow said approval was contingent on Fire Chief Lin Gunderson signing off on safety requirements and on village attorney Eric Hagen reviewing contract language; the motion was seconded by Jean-Claude Bédard and passed by voice vote.
