The Planning Commission reviewed the new Future Land Use chapter and map and identified several mapping issues that require correction before public circulation. Chairman Keith Voss noted the eastern boundary extends into the Delaware River and that a residential designation appears to cut through the downtown core; staff agreed to verify whether the downtown residential marking is a mapping error or reflects existing zoning.
