The Town of Rockland Board voted Feb. 6 to adopt a negative declaration under the State Environmental Quality Review (SEQR) process for its Comprehensive Master Plan. The board recorded the action as RESOLUTION #5-2020, approving the SEQR assessment form and finding no significant adverse environmental impacts that would require further environmental review.
