Glenn Bertolet of Kraft Municipal Group summarized the borough's enforcement workflow when complaints are received. He described an initial notice of violation (NOV) that gives property owners 20–30 days to correct, a follow-up and issuance of a final NOV with half the original time (10–15 days), and subsequent measures that can include posting, issuing tickets, or filing a non-traffic citation through the district justice office.
