During the public input portion, resident Lee Foster asked about regulations governing gas-powered leaf blowers. Village Clerk-Treasurer Rosemarie Cary Winchell replied that "there are regulations for use of gas powered leaf blowers and hedge trimmers which is in Section 30 of the Village Code," and said she would add that information to the village newsletter and notify local landscape companies by email.
