Board approves Clark Construction bid for four-phase drainage improvements at $1.11 million
River Ridge supervisors approved Clark Construction Group's bid for four stormwater management phases (Oak Run, Turnberry, Palmetto Dunes, Seaside IV) with an added 5% contingency, for a not-to-exceed $1,111,860.

District Engineer Charlie Krebs and staff reviewed multiple contractor bids and recommended adding an additional 5% contingency on top of existing allowances to cover unknowns such as tree removal and sprinkler adjustments. The Grand Total after the extra contingency rose from $1,058,914.45 to $1,111,860.
