Lenexa council approves consent agenda with item 2 pulled for presentation
The council approved the consent agenda items (1 and 3–10) by motion; item 2 was removed earlier for separate presentation and awarded later in the meeting.

Mayor Julie Sayers presented the consent agenda and reminded the governing body that staff had requested removal of item 2 for presentation. The council moved to approve items 1 and 3–10 by motion (mover Craig; second Avery) and voted in favor. “Consent agenda is approved,” the mayor stated after the vote.
