Wyoming County seeks CDBG microenterprise funds, approves ESRI training under ConnectAll grant

Resolution 26‑399 authorizes the County to apply to the New York State Office of Community Renewal (OCR) for a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) to finance a Microenterprise Grant Program intended to provide grants to small businesses located or locating in Wyoming County; the County proposed partnering with the Wyoming County Business Assistance Corporation as a subgrantee and scheduled an OCR public hearing for Sept. 8, 2026 at 2:30 PM. The Director of Planning & Development was designated as the Environmental Certifying Officer for the grant.
