The board revisited whether the township needs a Property Maintenance Officer to assist the zoning/code enforcement officer. Manager Graziano said the property maintenance role would not require separate certification because it can operate under the code enforcer; he recommended considering either a Property Maintenance Officer or a part‑time police officer. Supervisor Bermingham asked to place the issue on the March 24 meeting agenda for further discussion.
