After hearing objections, Boone County keeps 330th Avenue open pending drainage solutions

Chairman Jon Lindgren opened a public hearing on a proposed vacation of 330th Avenue (between Sections 35 and 36, Township 22 North, Range 5 West) at 10:30 a.m. Highway Superintendent Brian McDonald told the board he had submitted a July 13 feasibility study recommending vacating the segment and reverting right‑of‑way to adjacent owners.
