The Boone County Board accepted Change Order #1 lowering cost by $8,827.07, approved Payment Application #4 for $62,617.44, and accepted a Certificate of Substantial Completion (July 23, 2026) for the Albion Northwest Road Project.

The board reviewed closeout documents from A&R Construction Co. for the Albion Northwest Road Project. Change Order #1 reduced the contract cost by $8,827.07; Payment Application #4 requested $62,617.44; and a Certificate of Substantial Completion indicated the project was completed in full as of July 23, 2026. Commissioner Matt Niewohner moved and Commissioner Brian J. Yosten seconded acceptance of the documents and authorization for the chairman to sign.
