Fort Bend ISD designates multiple parcels as surplus and authorizes negotiated sales
Trustees approved declaring five district parcels surplus and authorized the Board president to negotiate sales, with several votes recorded 6-1 and one unanimous 7-0 decision. Parcels include Madden Road (~20 acres), Lakeview Auditorium (~1.41 acres), Shadow Creek (~11.88 acres), CTC Land (~42 acres), and Glendale Lakes Dr. (~30 acres).
