Kermit ISD board approves bond project expenses, engineering work and pay apps
Trustees approved multiple KISD Bond 2023 items including window treatments, a $27,445.16 purchase (back door and washing machine), $34,500 in change costs for additional urinals, engineering/electrical gap work totaling $17,500, metal color for the Field House, and pay apps including $119,911.65 for field house room and trim.

Gallagher Program Manager Rene Sepulveda and Superintendent Dr. Rodney Schneider presented a suite of KISD Bond 2023 project recommendations at the May 14 meeting. The board approved window treatments to match existing buildings, the purchase of a new back door for the junior high and a washing machine totaling $27,445.16, and ABA/architect change costs of $34,500 for two additional urinals in the concession/bathroom area. All motions passed with favorable unanimous votes.
