The Lytle City Council, acting as the Board of Adjustment on July 13, approved a variance to let a single‑family dwelling be placed with a 19‑foot rear setback at 15392 Houston Street. The property (Lytle‑Railroad Block 1 Lot 10, 0.1528 acres) requested relief from Section 46‑190 of the city zoning regulations which requires a 30‑foot minimum rear setback.
