Steve Bonacci, account manager at General Code, confirmed the proposal remains valid for six months and outlined a payment schedule spread across performance gates. The proposal’s total was stated at approximately $19,995 (without an optional gender‑neutral update); the Borough’s first payment would be $3,999 under the presented schedule.
