The City of Lytle Council voted unanimously June 22 to deny a zoning variance for a 0.26-acre parcel legally described as ABS A00309 J B Gettleman SV-512, generally located north of Hyde Park and west of Kensington Court. Alderman David Emery moved to deny the application and Alderman Michael Rodriguez seconded; the recorded vote was 4–0.
