At the close of the hearing, Senator Paxton moved that the committee stand in recess subject to the call of the chair; the motion was made and the chair accepted it, and the committee recessed. There were no recorded votes on bills, ordinances or formal committee actions to adopt policy during this session. The committee asked follow-up requests of staff and system leaders for allocation breakdowns, inter-state benchmarking and statutory or administrative clarifications regarding TUF renovations.
