Land Board unanimously approves DEQ easement

The Board of Land Commissioners approved agenda item 0925-1, a Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) easement, at its Sept. 15, 2025 meeting in Helena. Amanda Kaster, Director of the Department of Natural Resources and Conservation (DNRC), presented the easement. Christi Jacobsen, Secretary of State, moved to approve the item and Susie Hedalen, Superintendent of Public Instruction, seconded; the motion carried unanimously.
