The committee approved, by unanimous consent, an amendment to the Division of Legislative Audit's contract with SystemSoft to extend the project timeline and expand the scope to include an additional mobile application that was not part of the original RFP. Vice Chair Fields moved the amendment; Chair Jackson objected briefly for discussion but removed the objection after Chris Curtis explained the need and budget availability.
