Sharon Butler opened and recorded bids for Phase II of the City Hall Window Replacement Project during the Board of Managers meeting on Aug. 21, 2026. The two bids entered into the record were from Bunkoff General Contractors Inc. (base bid $2,364,000.00; alternate #1 $110,000.00; total $2,474,000.00) and Time Key Glazing LLC (base bid $2,254,696.00; alternate #1 $163,090.00; total $2,417,786.00). Butler presented the bids for receipt and inclusion in the official procurement file.
