The Village of Denton approved Municipal Code Codification Ordinance 25‑5‑2 on May 5, 2025. Trustee Doug Rosekrans moved to introduce and hold the first reading; the board then voted to waive the state statutory requirement for three readings and approved the ordinance unanimously.
