MPISD curriculum report: TEA releases 2023 accountability ratings; district exploring math program

Curriculum and Instruction director Mike Lide told the board that the Texas Education Agency released 2023 accountability ratings — which correspond to the 2022–2023 school year — and the district provided a handout comparing those ratings with 2023–2024 results. Lide said the district has seen significant improvement and is exploring adoption of the Blue Bonnet Math Program.
