The Navasota City Council met in special session at the Navasota Center on Nov. 13, 2025, and attended a Parks and Recreation, Trails and Open Space Master Plan workshop presented by Burditt. The minutes record the meeting began at 6:00 p.m. and adjourned at 7:45 p.m., with Mayor Bert Miller and Mayor Pro‑Tem Josh M. Fultz listed among those present; Councilmember James Harris was listed as present and Councilmembers Bernie Gessner and Grant Holt were recorded as absent.
