On Feb. 24 the Slippery Rock Township Board of Supervisors approved proposals from Book and Proch covering a DEP permit application, engineered drawings and the permit fee at $2,500.00, and authorized a water‑system upgrade costing $12,259.80. The board also approved retaining Book and Proch as the licensed operator for the township's community building water system at a monthly fee of $108.00.
