The Legislative Committee voted 5-1-0 to discuss property-assessor appraisals and election-boundary concerns, with Comm. Jerry Becker casting the lone no vote. Chairman Mansfield shared an email from Tax Assessor John Hurt saying he had been in contact with the vendor but had no information to share at that time. Law Director Eric Sitler told the committee the contract includes a clause requiring client data be returned in a reasonable format.
