Florence County reports progress on CPST III roads and approves district-level infrastructure spending

County staff updated Florence County Council on the status of CPST III road projects and district infrastructure spending on May 15. According to CPST engineer Todd Warren, "207 of 289 Road District projects have been completed," and multiple contracts are under construction or awaiting contractor availability across districts.
