Board member David Edkin introduced and moved approval of Resolution No. 2526-01 opposing the development of a concentrated animal feeding operation (CAFO) and an associated solar array in Muncy Creek Township by Sunny Side Up Farms LLC, which the minutes identify as owned by the Bollinger and Wagner families. The motion to approve items A through F, which included the resolution, passed 7–1; Mr. Kim Walker seconded and Mr. Corey Walko cast the single dissenting vote.
